Question 1 - When do your courses run?
We run our courses on a date that suits you. We do not publish dates of courses in advanced. To get a date, simply check your diary to see your schedule. If you are happy, simply pick a date and contact us. We are able to meet almost all dates requested
Question 2 - How can I pay for my course?
We invoice at the end of the month in which your course runs. If you prefer to pay on the day with a debit card , credit card or check, you are welcome to.
Question 3 - As you charge per day per group, how many can I send on a single course?
Yes, we charge a flat rate per day per group. The maximum we recommend is 8 delegates. We will however accommodate more if needed and in special circumstances.
Question 4 - Do you have a public schedule?
No. We believe in tailoring every detail about a course to requirements, from the date most suited to the client, to the course content and how that content is finally ‘sewn’ together.
Imagine trying to get 8 of your colleagues to agree to a date that is already pre-prescribed by an external training company. Practically impossible with so many schedules to take into consideration.
We recommend that you request specific dates in advance to avoid disappointment but we will always move heaven and earth to meet your requirements. Flexibility is our middle name.
Question 5 - Are all courses the same price? Even VBA courses?
Yes, there is no difference in price for any courses. You do not have to budget differently each time a course changes, more or less delegates turn up or any other event.
Question 6 - How about your cancellation policy?
As long as you can 5 working days in advanced, we do not charge. Less that 5 days will incur a 100% cost though, as we have booked the trainer, rooms, refreshments and scheduling that will still cost us money. If it didn't, then once again no charge will apply.
